As you've probably noticed, the server has been since early this morning. The reason is we've all been working hard on migrating it to new hardware as well as updating the software and infrastructure. Though the Ragnarok Online servers are not current ready, the database is fully operational so you can still register accounts and use the control panel without any problems. The server, when finished, will be up nearly 24/7 (Excluding scheduled maintenence) and be on a dedicated carrier class network. The server is estimated to be back online at around 3:30 PM (GMT-6) on the 28th. We're also running a few graphics contests in the graphics forum with prizes, be sure to check it out!

Someone misconfigured something and I have yet to figure out what, but it's causing serious internal issues.

I have no idea, I've never experienced this problem before. The map server constantly disconnects from the character server right after it finishes connecting and getting info from it. It was the last few days, then Jesus updated some things that shouldn't have messed it up, and now it's not working.
Eh, I'll figure out what's wrong with it in the morning. It's already 2 AM, and I have stuff I gotta do tomorrow (today). |
